Meet the Owners of Reliable Movers

Family-Owned & Serving Central New York Since 1996

We’re Mike and Jennifer Morgan, owners of Reliable Movers. We started the company in 1996 with one truck and a simple goal: provide dependable moving services with straightforward pricing and personal service.

Mike handled the moves while Jennifer managed the office and packing. That hands-on approach still defines how Reliable Movers operates today.

A Family Business—Teaching the Next Generation

Reliable Movers has always been more than a business—it’s a family tradition. These photos show three generations working together: owner Mike Morgan, our son Brandyn, and our grandson Vincent. From interstate moves and warehouse work to helping around the office and caring for our trucks, our family has grown up in the moving industry. And of course, Gino is always along for the ride! We take pride in passing down the values of hard work, honesty, and dependable service that have guided Reliable Movers since 1996.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We have used Reliable Movers multiple times. Everytime, they have gone above and beyond to accomodate our needs and preferences. This time we had an unexpected last minute project. They went above and beyond to fit us in their very busy schedule. The men arrived, exactly when they said they would be here, they were professional, spoke english and were very friendly. Reliable Movers always makes the unpleasantness of moving easy and less stressful. Our items are always meticulously cared for. We will continue to use them because of thier outstanding professionalism, care and friendly demeanor. They will be our first call when we have moving needs. We highly recommend them.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Moving from New York to North Carolina this week with the very capable help from Reliable Movers. What we liked best was having the OWNERS be our first point of contact online and then in person at our home to get an estimate. Then staff that picked up the furniture and dropped off both were all very professional. Communication throughout was solid. Highly recommend for CNY families leaving state.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had a large commercial oven to move to a buyer in another state. Jenn and the mover I dealt with were exceptional in communication and helping the process along as well as delivering the oven ahead of schedule. This is my new moving company because of service and price. I am extreme happy with the overall move.
