Meet the Owners of Reliable Movers

Family-Owned & Serving Central New York Since 1996

We're Mike and Jennifer Morgan, owners of Reliable Movers. We started the company in 1996 with one truck and a simple goal: provide dependable moving services with straightforward pricing and personal service.

Mike handled the moves while Jennifer managed the office and packing. That hands-on approach still defines how Reliable Movers operates today.

A Family Business—Teaching the Next Generation

Reliable Movers has always been more than a business—it’s a family tradition. These photos show three generations working together: owner Mike Morgan, our son Brandyn, and our grandson Vincent. From interstate moves and warehouse work to helping around the office and caring for our trucks, our family has grown up in the moving industry. And of course, Gino is always along for the ride! We take pride in passing down the values of hard work, honesty, and dependable service that have guided Reliable Movers since 1996.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Mike, Jen, and the entire crew at Reliable Movers were PHENOMENAL. I couldn't have asked for a better team to help me with my move in Upstate NY. The guys I had for my move were Zack, Tyler, George, and one other guy that I didn't catch his name (sorry!!) but I can't say enough good things... truly, they were all so professional and accommodating. They showed up on time, were FAST and figured out ways to save time on the move (i.e using my apartment balcony to send things down vs. the elevator in the building, saving on multiple trips downstairs), they were so careful on wrapping everything fragile (all the furniture) and making sure everything was safe to travel and arrive in one piece (which it did). They also went above and beyond when moving me in - helping me figure out what spots in the new place were best to put my furniture, and moving things around a few times until I was happy with where they ended up. You can tell they are professionals and everything went so smoothly with my move - I honestly can't rave about them enough. SO happy I chose these guys. Thank you so much! See you again soon, for my mom's move. :)

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Reliable Movers recently moved my 88 year old Mom from her house in Rome to an apartment in Baldwinsville. Jenn was very helpful in setting up the move. The moving team was very friendly, accommodating, efficient and careful. The entire process was very professional. I would highly recommend this company.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The four gentlemen, Alex in the lead, who completed our piano move were punctual and polite. They were also very reasonably priced. Would use them again for moves in the future.
